As an NHS Wales e-Library Officer, I manage a myriad of duties, providing advice and support for anyone and everyone with queries about our service. Have questions about our NHS Wales e-Library? I have answers.

Or, at least I can do my best to track them down.

It's been more than three decades between the start of my career as a page in the New York Public Library and my "now" with the NHS Wales e-Library. Sandwiched between them, I've worked as a journalist covering the Arts scene in New York, an advertising copywriter, a television news reporter, a documentary writer, a producer of a weekly television program, an editor of a wildlife magazine and more. I've done so much and met so many wonderful people.

But for the life of me, I still can't make a proper matzoh ball soup.
