Your recommendation will be sent to the e-Library team, who will add it to the e-Library's recommendations list.
Once added, a procurement lead will investigate if the recommendation meets the e-Library Collection Development Policy criteria.
Each type of resource also had its own budget allocation, and a schedule of when procurement activity is planned for.
Once ready, the e-Library Champions will support or no support the proposed recommendations before getting a final approval to proceed with that procurement activity from the e-Library Service Board.
You will be notified of the outcome. Where the resource has not been purchased, the e-Library team will notify the requestor as to the reason why.
