If you have an NHS Wales email address, simply select the first option, "NHS Wales email address" at the login and then enter your NHS Wales email address and the password (as if you were checking your NHS Wales emails, or logging into Office 365) to gain access to resources.
If you were previously logging in using an OpenAthens username and password from a self registered account:
OpenAthens accounts are linked to personal accounts with BMJ and Elsevier. This means that those users who have an older style of OpenAthens account, and change to the new NHS Wales email address login route, who also have personal accounts with BMJ or Clinical Key will have to take some short steps to re-associate those accounts with the new log-in option, as detailed below.

Returning users on first access after Single Sign On implementation will be required to log in to BMJ with the personal account details they previously set up. BMJ will then associate the active OpenAthens account to that username, and users will have a single sign-on experience from that point forwards.
For NHS Wales users accessing e-resources from the NHS Wales e-Library, or local NHS Wales Library Service for the first time post-implementation, you can select the first option (NHS Wales e-mail address) and then enter your NHS Wales email address and the password (as if you were logging into Office 365) to be automatically granted access.
If you do not have an NHS Wales email address, you will need to manually register for NHS Wales Library Service to use NHS Wales LibrarySearch and benefit from the full catalogue of NHS Wales e-Library resources.
You can now log in to NHS Wales LibrarySearch using the same NHS Wales email address and password as for all other resources. The NHS Wales e-Library for Health makes use of LibrarySearch, an online discovery tool that allows users to search all local and nationally provided printed and electronic resources from NHS Wales Library Service and NHS Wales e-Library for Health.
With LibrarySearch, users can select a specific journal from the NHS Wales e-Journals A-Z or perform an article level search of the entire NHS Wales collection.
