Note: Important Changes coming 1st January 2026
Allied & Complementary Medicine ™ is hosted on the Wolters Kluwer OVID platform UNTIL December 31st 2025. From January 2026, this database will only be available to e-Library users through either Proquest platform or Dialog platform. The supplier is supporting the transition by providing access from November 2025:
The NHS Wales e-Library is working with supplier to support the “translation” of searches and alerts from OVID to ProQuest syntax so that users can continue use this database confidently from its new location. Learning and training opportunities are planned throughout November, December 2025 and January 2026. Visit the e-Library training calendar to book your place.
Supporting materials are also available below, including multimedia guides on using the database.
If you have specific queries about translating your existing searches, please send your query to elibrary@wales.nhs.uk so that we can support you with this process.
